Location is optional. If you grant location permission and use nearby features, the app can send coordinates to our API and the selected data source to find nearby channels. You can deny or revoke permission in iPhone Settings. Incident and station locations shown on the map are not a record of your movements. We do not collect background GPS location.
Apple processes purchases; we do not receive your payment card details. StoreKit verifies transactions on the device. Our PortalPaywallSDK records an installation identifier, device and consent information, paywall views and purchase outcomes, including product and transaction identifiers, amount, currency and purchase date. This supports subscriptions, experiment analysis and purchase reporting.
AppsFlyer supports advertising measurement and attribution. The app requests Apple's tracking permission. Your choice does not affect access to the app. Where permitted, advertising identifiers can be used for attribution; limited measurement and operational analytics may continue without tracking permission. Network services can determine an approximate region from your IP address. We do not add GPS coordinates to AppsFlyer events.
Preferences, saved channels and history are stored on your device. Our API keeps source response caches and operational request logs. Analytics records are retained as needed to operate the service and meet applicable obligations. Contact us for questions or requests about data associated with your installation. Subscription cancellation and refunds are managed through Apple; removing the app does not cancel a subscription.
